Jaob [Chaim/Yaakov] Aufrichtig has, on various documentation, been listed as Chaim Aufrichtig and Yaakov Aufrichtig. He is known to have perished in the Holocaust. Yad Vashem Testimony for him was signed by his son, Shimshon Aufrichtig, the only one of his four children to survive the Holocaust.
